Faculty and students who experience technical issues using eInstruction should contact eInstruction by phone or email.

If you are a new user of eInstruction, it is highly recommended that you review the material on training and local support. Familiarity with the software prior to using it in class will help alleviate most of the problems new instructors encounter and help make it a more pleasureable experience for you and your students.

  • Monday - Thursday - 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CST (student support is available until 8 p.m.)
  • Friday - 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
