HELP! I'm having trouble with my clicker or registration, who do I call?
If you're having trouble with your clicker unit, you should call e-Instruction: 1-888-333-4988. e-Instruction's student support is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST. You can also e-mail e-Instruction.
Where can I purchase a unit for my class?
Units can be purchased at the same location you purchase your class textbook. Ask your instructor where he or she has arranged for you to purchase the eInstruction unit. Visit the Purchasing Units page. Most instructors will tend to stock the eInstruction student response unit at the University Bookstore.
How much does it cost?
As of June of 2007, the unit costs $20 from the University Bookstore. There is also a cost to register the unit of $13 per semester. If you use the unit in multiple semesters, there is a cap of $39 - i.e. you will never pay more than a total of $39 to register the unit. If you know in advance that you will use it in multiple semesters, you may opt to pay a $35 one-time fee to register the unit for the lifetime of your use.
How do I register my eInstruction unit?
Visit the eInstruction CPSOnline site. Refer to the Registering Units page for detailed instructions.
Is there a buy-back program?
The University Bookstore has indicated they will buy back eInstruction response units for approximately $7.
