Purchasing eInstruction Units

Locations

Your instructor will most often instruct you to purchase your eInstruction unit at the same location that you purchase your textbooks. For example, if your instructor has arranged for the University Bookstore to stock the textbook, it is likely that they will also stock the eInstruction unit. Be sure to ask your instructor where to purchase your eInstruction unit.

At the time of this writing, the clicker unit currently costs $20 from the University Bookstore.

Registration

Once the clicker is purchased, students need to visit the CPS Online site to register the unit and associate the clicker with the course(s) in which the units are being used. Instructors should provide students with the necessary course code. More detailed instructions are available in "Registering Units." It will cost you $13 per semester to register your unit. If you use the unit in future courses, there is a cap of $39 on registration fees. Alternately you can pay a one time fee of $35 for a lifetime registration.

Question markDo you have a question about Student Response Systems or eInstruction? E-mail the Campus Clickers - a cross campus group of instructors and support staff. You can also join the group!
