- Learn more about who are members are, what they hope to get out of participation in ComETS, and what would motivate them to get more involved
- Take advantage of existing data (from surveys, website stats) whenever possible

- Increase number of ComETS members in ComETS communities
- Increase activity in ComETS communities
- Clarify ComETS communities/groups for membership

- Review/revise language about communities, groups, and teams
