The Adminstration subcommittee consists of minimially the Past, Current, and Next Steering Committee Chair. It is the responsiblity of this subcommittee to deal with the administratative issues for the larger committee. For example create the Steering Committee meeting agendas and set the schedule for the Steering Committee and suggest a meeting schedule for the subcommittees. This subcommittee should be managing and recommending changes to Steering Committee membership and working to improve the overall efficently and effectivness of the committee.
